Everyone in our group had a oppurtunity to edit footage from the teaser trailer material. This is so everyone knew what we was doing and to ensure everybody in the group was invovled making this project, as the rotation went round to edit we also had members of the group sketching ideas for our other project; the film poster.
We had to upload our footage on the laptop and used a program call Ulead. Ulead allows us to edit our footage and add features such as image effects, sound and animation to the filming we had done. With this software we edited our footage, took out parts that were not necessary and add effects to our material. We made 'jump cuts' so that it represented the scracthing sound we planned to add and to create an errie feel to the trailer. This emphasises the irritation of the main character scracting names into the table.
